Last time I saw Victoria Justice (not too long ago), she was sounding off about the bullshit of perfectly-filtered photos, contoured faces, and the travesty that is Facetune. My ass was preaching all the way from Hollywood back up to the Valley that night. So when I interviewed her again last night at the premiere of The Outcasts, a film now in theaters and on VOD, LITERALLY, about breaking out of labels (especially in high school, ughhhhh), I was in heaven. It was time to get Victoria to take on #WeAreMore, my initiative proving we’re all more than the boxes we’re thrown in and the misconceptions about us social media leads people to.

Even Victoria, who’s absolutely stunning and slays on the ‘gram, has her quirks.
She’s always put-together and glam in her model-esque photoshoot pics. Not gonna lie, I probably wouldn’t associate her with being a goofball. And in Outcasts, she sports nerdy glasses and is labeled as the underdog. It feels far-fetched for someone as successful, hot, and classy as this chick is in real life. But it goes to show how much we know, really.
Victoria says people wouldn’t assume she’s goofy. She’s fond of the occasional impersonation and likes being a silly fuck like the rest of us. Her mom can back her on that one:
