I basically feel the same way about Demi Lovato as I do about a fresh Taco Bell order. It DGAF if people shame it, it’s reliable in always supporting your life choices, I want to roll around with it most of the time, and honestly, I wouldn’t even mind being it.
And in all seriousness, I admire the hell of that girl.
I respect how transparent she’s been about her past and mental health struggles, not to mention her unapologetic attitude about her gorg, curvy figure. I can’t imagine that’s easy allowing the world to be your diary. And after meeting Demi for a second time, I can tell you she’s also just plain fucking cool. Like, the girl you wanna just chill with cool. (I swear I’m straight.)

Needless to say, Demi was my dream celeb to partake in #WeAreMore, my mission to prove we’re all more than the “image” or perfect box social media forces us to fit ourselves into for validation. As Demi has proven and continues to with #WeAreMore, she’s a pop singer, but anything but a “bubblegum pop princess” people may write her off as.
She’s a badass chick who deserves all of the props. Doing what she’s done takes major lady balls. Go, girl.
Join me, Demi, and other celebs by showing your worth and posting your photo describing who you really are in a word, using #WeAreMore and tagging @strippingdowncelebs.
