Red carpets are no longer about who’s wearing what or who’s dating who. Not in my book. Now, it’s about shameless cleavage talk and nixing a fancy camera crew for a selfie stick I got in a happy meal or something. So glad I worked my ass off for four years earning a Penn State degree. But what a time to be alive, amiright? And if there’s anyone who’s fully supported my antics to the fullest out in that red carpet mayhem, it’s YouTube goddess Lilly Singh.
Like fellow YouTube stars Grace Helbig and Hannah Hart, Lilly chills hard out on the carpet. I respect that. And while she doesn’t feed into overly-censored, publicist-ridden interviews like most, that doesn’t mean she won’t put effort into looking bomb. Or ignore the girls, because that’s just mean.

Not only did she fully embrace cleave chat with me, but she took a moment to recognize my v. sophisticated selfie stick shooting method. Most celebs stare blankly wondering what the hell a selfie stick even is.
But not Lilly.
That’s the highest compliment I could ask for these days. I should’ve made out with her then and there, tbh. Until we meet again, Lilly Singh.
