So what is it actually like having sex after giving birth? For women like me who want to be moms one day, we must know. I talked to Tone It Up‘s co-founder and fitness guru Katrina Scott about it when Tone It Up celebrated their collab and meal prep series with Shipt at a very fabulous Beverly Hills launch last month. Katrina just had her first baby, a daughter, about a year ago and she is fully giving us the deets.
