But especially with Instagram, fitness (and trendy fitness) has become all the rage. When it comes to workouts, I have a few questions (as always) about how the sexes get their bodies right and tight.
What are the biggest differences between how most men and most women work out?
Why do women put so much emphasis (myself included) in workout clothes? Why do men throw on old gym shirts with holes in them and call it a day? What do women want for their bodies as opposed to men?
