They say you gotta test drive the vehicle before you buy it. And although The Bachelor and Bachelorette avoid taking about sexual relations like the plague, we pretty much know there’s fornication before those gigantic rings come and blind us all. I get why it would be weird to openly talk about sex on the show. Although, it’s not weird dating and making out a bunch of strangers in front of your future spouse. Questionable.
But for real, why don’t the shows ever talk about sex?
A few of the recent stars like Nick Viall and Rachel Lindsay have gotten props for being more open and honest about sex. Which is cool, but it’s also 2017, so I’m wondering… Are we really that prude?
Don’t answer that.
I’m by no means a wild woman when it comes to my own sex life. Still, I can’t help but wonder. (Carrie Bradshaw style.) I caught former contestants Ashley Iaconetti and Chase McNary who g me their real and very different points of view after experiencing it all.
