My Style: Rocking a Floral Dress in Winter

I guess sporting a floral dress in the dead of winter is a questionable fashion choice. But I live in LA, so fuck the rules, am I right?

I’m obsessed with this Top Shop black floral dress, and yep, I wear it way too much. I revisited this little bad boy recently at the Black Panther premiere in LA because the heat was damn near hades out here so I figured, why not?
