Common Lies Red Carpet Reporters Tell Celebrities

in Behind the Scenes, My Selfie Stick on 04/10/17

Celebs aren’t the only ones who put up a front on the red carpet. For the most part, everyone is on their best behavior, reporters included. Everyone is polished, looking squeaky clean and happy to be there (even if on the inside, they’re hating life as we know it). So at a Pretty Little Liars event, I took a little breather from stripping celebs to strip down some reporters like myself, and as it turns out:

Red carpet reporters are a bunch of pretty little liars themselves.

We smile, laugh, and nod at everything celebs say, even when they’re not being funny or when we have no flipping idea what the hell they’re even talking about. I’m serious. It’s a weird default we all turn to, like a constant nervous laugh, and whoever set this precedent has hell to pay.

Regardless, here we are, doing our best to not piss of celebs and their publicists. So even reporters, who make a living telling you guys *the truth*, have their little white lies up their sleeves.

Don’t tell the celebs, though, or else they’ll realize we don’t actually watch/read/or listen to every single thing do. And we can’t be having that, now can we?
