Anxiety, man. It’s a bitch. And you never know when someone is dealing with it. I honestly wouldn’t have thought Aly & AJ have these kinds of struggles around career and mental health since they’ve been so successful since a young age. Regardless of someone’s following, success, outer persona, etc., it’s always helpful for me to hear their struggles too to know we’re not alone and not everyone is how they seem on the exterior.
After I worked out with them and saw how amazing they looked, I wanted to pick their brains on their own body image too. Do they feel pressure to look perfect because of their business? Because of living in LA? This conversation we had after our experience at WundaBar Pilates in LA was SO damn refreshing. And after the camera was rolling, they totally agreed: anxiety is a bitch.
