Hold on. Did you guys think red carpets are like what you see on TV? LOL, that’s sweet. They’re not, though.
I constantly get texts and remarks about how “glamorous” my life is as a red carpet reporter, always talking to celebs and surrounded by the flashing lights. When you watch the above video from my recent experience at an Oscars red carpet in Hollywood, you’ll beg to differ just like I do.

I’m not saying I don’t love what I do.
But you know how they say if you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life? Try telling that to my feet that are burning in heels after 12 hours, just to freeze my ass off in hopes of someone like Caitlyn Jenner maybe even blinking in my direction. Call me a masochist, but in a few days I’ll gear up to do it all over again. That’s the dream, amiright?
